Talk Tuesday
Tuesdays | 1-2 p.m.
Talk Tuesday volunteers are asked to help facilitate discussion with students/participants during our hour-long weekly sessions. Talk Tuesdays are in-person but can take place virtually over Zoom. Volunteers and participants are provided with questions regarding a specific weekly topic and conversations revolve around that topic.
Each week, participants work in small groups to:
- Answer questions
- Discuss a topic
- Play a game to improve their listening and speaking skills
This volunteer program through OIE is open to any and all participants. It focuses on communication, cultural exchange and sharing experiences with one another all through usage of the English Language.
