Online Placement Test

To register for the exam, please note the following:

• You must fill out a survey with your information
• You can use the Google Form: UNI CIEP EAE Information Survey Google Form or download the PDF form: UNI CIEP EAE Information Survey PDF 
• If you use the PDF, please make sure to email the completed form, a copy of your passport, and a photo of your face to ciep@uni.edu
• Once you have completed and submitted the survey, you will receive a confirmation notice with a schedule.

Please submit all of the necessary information listed above at least two (2) weeks prior to when you would like to take the test
