Dear International Panthers

We are delighted to welcome you to UNI, where your energy and excitement enrich our vibrant campus life. Whether you are beginning or continuing your educational journey with us, we look forward to learning, exploring, and growing with you.

You are part of a strong campus community at UNI that values academic excellence and diversity. Paramount to the academic achievement and excellence at UNI is our commitment to fostering intercultural learning to create a more inclusive community locally and globally. We trust you and everyone on campus will find unlimited opportunities for intercultural growth here at UNI.

As a university dedicated to educating the next generation of leaders, we have partnered with the different academic departments and offices on campus and organizations in the community to support you as you pursue your dreams and aspirations.

We rely on faculty, students, staff, and volunteers to help us welcome international students to campus through our various programs such as Conversation Partners, International Friendship Family, Academic Coaching, Coffee Hours, Culture Talks, Classes Exchanges, and so much more. We hope everyone will be able to find an opportunity to keep developing their intercultural mindset and skills.

This year, we will share our events weekly via email and social media. At the end of the month, we will share a newsletter highlighting events or stories campus wide. You can find information about our offering on our website and our Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn accounts.

Our OIE team is proud and honored to have you at UNI. We look forward to seeing your smiling faces during our daily walks on our beautiful campus or connecting with you in our intercultural activities and events in the following weeks and months.

Once again, welcome to UNI and our international Panther family!

Sincerely,

Carolina Coronado-Park
